The check in man at the very beginning was courteous and kind. Trinity was also very kind and listen to her needs wasn’t pushy that I appreciate. I don’t like people that are pushy. She was good. As I explained to Ernesto, after y’all worked on my vehicle last year, it ran better than it did when I first purchased it so I suspect the valve issue was always a problem. Now that y’all have replaced the rear engine mount, it once again is running excellent!! Thank you so much, I wish it was less expensive but I’m very happy with the performance of my SUV!!
