Sal lacked communication skills regarding what was needed and the time necessary to complete the job. This is the first time I have visited. Rim Reeves and not been completely satisfied with the service received. Also the technician/mechanic reset my radio, trip info and dash settings. I have been unable to reset the trip info amd it’s really frustrating because I now do not have my mileage available

As I explained to Ernesto, after y’all worked on my vehicle last year, it ran better than it did when I first purchased it so I suspect the valve issue was always a problem. Now that y’all have replaced the rear engine mount, it once again is running excellent!! Thank you so much, I wish it was less expensive but I’m very happy with the performance of my SUV!!
