Pricing has always been a downfall of Kocourek. I’m working on getting pricing on the service elsewhere. Ive been given the runaround many times in the past. George was good today despite being told it’s probably covered under an extended warranty....only later told that was incorrect because that had expired due to high mileage and got an estimate of over $3,000 instead. Been meaning to write a letter of all the run around a I’ve been given but don’t have enough tome in a day to do so.. Starting from day one when I bought the vehicle. Doubt I will purchase from Kocourek again. Had better luck at the Toyota dealership.
