Upon making my appointment, the Toyota representative was rude and hung up on me. The sales team told me my transmission fluid was dirty despite a transmission flush 4,000 miles ago. I will not be returning to this dealership.

I am so pleased with the service I received from Piercey Toyota. They continue to impress me. I had my vehicle in for a Smog check. At first they weren't able to perform the check because I had a TRD intake which was missing a CARB sticker. But with the help of the service team, specifically Kevin B, we got the sticker ordered and the truck was smog.
