I took my car to get it the basic service, ended up being told it had a dead battery and a tire with sidewalk damage, so got them replaced.
Then soon after, the first day that I took the car out for a moderate drive, I got the low tire pressure alert. I found it weird that so soon after taking the car to the shop the pressure was low. After parking it at home, I checked and found out one of my other tires were flat. This begs me to question:
1. When changing my tire, did the tech put in the damaged one back in place of another one? OR
2. Did another tire picked up a nail or something at the shop? OR
3. Did it just get damaged in a separate incident?
It would be very strange that after years with no flat tires, I get 2 separate issues within a few days.
To compound my problem, I called AAA tonight so that they would change my tire with the replacement one so I could use it tomorrow and then take it to your shop. However, they couldn’t because we couldn’t find the tire lock key. The tire thy you changed could have not been changed without breaking something in its absense, so probably one of your techs inadvertently misplaced it.
Now I have to miss pat of work tomorrow, call triple AAA to tow it to your shop, and keep taking Ubers.

Always, I have never been happier with service on my Acura since I found Ace and Marina Honda! There is a number of us that use Marina Honda and know Ace well... never a bad word, we talk as if he and Lawrence are family! Always informative , accommodating and thorough! Not happy about something, Ace will do what he can to rectify the issue.
