I asked for feedback about my tires—specifically the bulge in front right tire, but there was no comment. The paperwork showing what they’d completed in the overall assessment wasn’t updated (like it still said I needed new brakes or something) so it’s unclear if they even did it. The person helping me at the end of the day offered to look at my tire...he said it definitely needed replacement since there was a bulge and it could be dangerous. How is it possible that anyone even checked my tires? The bulge is obvious, even to me and I don’t know much about cars. I just wanted someone to tell me if it was something I needed to attend to. Then when he was looking at my tires he noticed that the body of my car right above the tires had popped out. He popped it back in and tightened a screw. If I’m paying this much money I shouldn’t be getting this terrible of service. It’s like no one really completed their job. I appreciate the person who helped at the end of the day, but he had to apologize over and over for the **** service I got and it wasn’t even his fault.

Whoever did the repair threw the contents of my glovebox all over the floor of my car, ruining some of the contents (of trivial monetary value, but annoying and rude), and no attempt was made to clean it up or even apologize. I can only hope they were more careful with the repair than they were with the contents of my car.
