Everything was great and customer service was great, but when they installed a new break light, they knocked something around and now my blinker isn’t working. They struggled to insert the new brake light and I believe that struggle is what knocked something loose w the blinker. Now I have to fix my blinker.

Service - yes! Devron was great!
However there is a problem : I didn’t get the battery warranty discount. I didn’t know that I could still be covered from
My Honda battery purchase in 2015. I did inform Devron that it may be newer than a few years. Turned out it wasn’t but after bill was paid, ( he was nice to answer my questions re the bill ) I asked him about battery cost and he said he didn’t know it was 2015, but I told him that on phone before coming in- perhaps he forgot; Marin Honda has the verification. I could get my receipt to or have them email it to Honda SF.
At any rate, I am requesting that Honda make good on their battery warranty policy. Devron said it should be about 50 % off my battery costs. Please direct me on who to talk to or write to. The Regional Manager of both stores? ( Marin and SF) Thank you . I have been a faithful Honda customer since 2001 when I purchased my first Civic . I always take my Honda Accord into Ho day for service but it’s getting too expensive. I am a senior getting ready to retire ona very limited income too. I just purchased the service for remote key, programming, keys etc over 400.00 now another big bill for the remoteordered separate from the $400.00
