I liked Ty and was almost completely satisfied, except for how sopping wet the carpet and foot mat was. I had requested they vacuum up the water and dry it out (something Honda Marin is able to do.) He explained that they didn’t have a vacuum cleaner powerful enough, but he’d have his tech do his best. I found that disappointing but accepted it; however, based on how wet it still is, I think that may have been overlooked, which concerns me because the longer there is standing water in there, the greater the chances that mold will develop which is exactly what we are trying to prevent. Plus, after spending almost $1000 and being without our car for almost a week, it doesn’t seem like too much to ask.

No comment - I have been a customer of Honda for more that more than 12 years have my 2nd CRV thinking of up grading to Pilot. I like going to Honda to Service my car but sometimes though depending who I get at the door that will try to sell me or to do more things to my car when I only need oil change. I know which one to go to and who not to go to.
