There was miscommunication between us and the work was not completely done. I told David to complete the recommended devices after questioning what they were for and the prices. He said he did not remember that piece and after waiting in the lounge for nearly 2 hours all that was done to the car was the oil change

Staff was excellent. I just had my service appointment for 11,000 miles. No complaints. My only issue was waiting 21/2 hours. If Sunday is a bad day for quick service, why can’t the staff either increase or just decrease the number of cars being serviced that day? I do appreciate just having one simple question on this survey. Finally the facility was clean, the coffee generous, and I could tell the staff was working very hard with sincere apologies for the delays.
