The only complaint is I only got an oil change. It took 2 hours to get done. You should have an express lane that is just for oil changes. I would expect an oil change to take an hour or less

Service department is great. David Ittoop is fantastic. It would be nice to have an idea of prices before getting that bill. I really wish Sales department would stop calling me every time I bring my car in for service. I’m not upgrading anytime soon!!! I will let you know if I do. Need another choice of tires. Michelins don’t last but are quiet and smooth. Continentals last but are rough and noisy as can be. I like to work with same service advisor each time. Feels like I always get attacked by someone as soon as I pull in. It would be nice if they asked if I had appointment or working with someone. Great service though. David always goes above and beyond.
