Honda helped me out in the midst of an emergency and provided an “all hands on deck” solution for me and my son. My F150 hit something in the road that punctured my tire just as I was approaching Honda. I was able to pull into their shop just as I was completely flat. They didn’t turn me away or tow me to Ford but tracked down a comparable tire and even put my spare on for me until the new tire arrived. Though Daniel was my service manager; I witnessed an entire team jump into helping me figure out the next steps. Thank you Honda. I live in Winston-Salem but will gladly give Honda my business when I’m ready to look for another vehicle. Ironically I do own a Honda Odyssey that we purchased from Honda of Concrs a couple years ago. Certainly a fan but I’m much more indebted now. Thank you Honda.
