When calling in to inquire about bring in car, I was put on hold without being asked to hold. I called, someone picked up and immediately pour me on hold. I hung up and called back 3x getting with same results. When I was able to finally speak with someone I told her what I experienced. What made it more upsetting was she knew who I was by obviously caller ID on your side. This told me that whoever was continuously putting me on hold as soon as she picked up call , with out saying anything, knew I was calling back and yet still kept giving me the same unsatisfying result. On site service was fine but NOT when I called.

Me. Yu was a complete gentleman in every respect! It made for a very pleasant experience with Gouda. In the past Jeanne felt like the service writer was rude and condescending to her and really didn’t show any respect to her until her husband, Stephen took over the project. Perhaps elderly Japanese men from the “old school” have problems with younger intelligent professional women.
