Before being attended well by Chii Wing Wilson, Mike Fogt was extremely rude and I don’t think I or my entire family and friends will be going back if we see him there again. I went for an oil change and pulled out a coupon. He didn’t want to honor the coupon that my mother-in-law had just used there two days prior. On top of that he quoted me $170 for a coolant change while Mr. Wilson quoted me $150 from the start and even offered $130 price. When Mike Fogt was shown the coupon and said he wouldn’t honor it, he threw the car report papers at me and said to speak with Mr.Wilson and gave me the meanest intimidating look. Mr.Wilson honored the coupon without hesitation and attended well to my needs.

My main appointment was for a detail I was called and was told that my seats were to wet to pick up my car so I wait led for the weekend to pass and when I picked up my car nothing was done to my car yet they charged me told me how dirty my seats were how thick the water was from all the sugar they couldn’t get all the stains out but they did what they could and when I complained they apologized for assuming the job was done I was so piss like wait what I can only imagine what else they lied about I took two of my cars in there paid over $1,500 these people are something else let me tell you!
