I waited for 5 hours for an oil change with an appointment. I wasn't offered a ride back home. My vehicle was ready and no one called me to let me know. They knew I was waiting in the building for my vehicle. All the person who served me said was sorry we had a lot of vehicles to serve today.

Chastity was great and very friendly. She was on top of it and only delay was Honda Care took a couple days to get approval for my Honda HR-V repairs.
