I have been a Goudy Honda customer for a long time. My partner and I always get our car serviced here . We prioritize Goudy Honda for maintenance issues. We have always give n excellent reviews. This is the first time I am giving a bad review. The service advisor did not want to validate a service coupon. The advisor Daniel gave me a lecture why the coupon cannot be validated. This is the first time in my over 5 years going to Goudy that a service coupon was not validated. He also told me that only certain dealerships validate coupons and it’s my first time ever hearing this. Even with local dealerships, Daniel did not want to validate. I am now considering taking my Honda to another dealership to get serviced. I have A 2024 Honda Civic which I puchased Outside Goudy but I still Always choose Goudy for service.
