Sader was exceptional , turned a bad situation ( a/c broke on our leased 2918 civic ) into a very nice experience , took very good care of us , fixed the problem, apologized, even though it wasn’t his fault of course , very cordial and extremely professional. The problem seems to go unsolved waiting for engineers and still not sure if problem will be corrected . Car has been in for this problem before. Also when locking car up car would not start so in was taken back in for battery replacement.

Safer Gonzalez provided excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable and honest with the situation at hand. We still have one pending item that requires management level. There is paint on the hood, trunk and front side hood that is peeling as if it was nail polish from a finger nail. This is not acceptable as the car is only 5 years old. We will be contacting management to assist with the situation.

Even with an appointment, it was up to 3 plus hours. While waiting to get checked in, I confirmed they would drop me off and picked up and was told yes. I was told to go to the cashier to make arrangement. She told me I would only be able to be dropped off and not picked up because the were short handed.. This sounded like the Honda service in Woodland Hills (scammers) sales talk and run around. I asked for my car back which took about 10 mins and left. I'll be going to an independent auto service from now. If you really value our survey, read Yelp’s reviews. With your long wait, you won't miss me.

Windshield wiper container is empty even theu indicated it was green. Ivan asking a physical copies of my me.getting a total of 4 oil changes that were handwritten with Goudy Homda current/former employees by emailing pictures of to him were not enough for me to get free oil change. Because of that, I felt Goudy Honda has "No HONOR SYSTEM". He seem concern about his number quotas by saying if I wanted to use the coupon, I need to make with the employee who gave me coupon. But he retracted. I know he is doing his job and his hands are bind by whatever policies you guys have. But at the end of it it all, today services was poor ( no liquid on my windshield and who knows what else) poor customer service cause due to not honoring employees promises ( even though I told Ivan before that previous gentleman gave me free oil change with a picture and considering we are at a digital age).
