As far as the service with taking care of my oil change that was all fine. But this morning when I opened my back driver side door to put in my niece’s car seat, I came to find a used corroded battery on the floor of the car. Was my car being used to transport equipment on the service floor?
So to say the inconvenience of removing a heavy battery out of my car to insure my niece’s and my own safety was completed uncalled for and should have never had happened! To make matters worse, I accused my husband of putting the battery in my car! Which of course he had no clue to what I was referring to.
So now I have an old corroded battery siting on my yard and need to get my car cleaned to make sure no battery acid contaminated or damaged my car. I expect a call from a service floor manager as soon as possible, with an explanation and solution on how to compensate my time and cleaning for my car.

The service provided from the service coordinator Mike Fogt was satisfactory. In the 20 years that my family has been bringing our cars for service we were very happy. This is the first time I couldn’t be more disappointed. I had an appt at 8:30 am which I brought my car at around 8. I told Mike that my TPMS light was on. He said it would take 1-1.5 hours to determine the problem. I said ok and that I would wait. While waiting for 2.25 hours I decide to check on the status of my car. Mike said there was no info in the system. I look around and there does not seem to be any mechanics working. Mike asks me if I would like a ride home. I said yes. He says to check with cashier and that they would provide me with return transportation. At that time I was already upset having sat for over two hours and yet no one contacted me and I even said I was going to wait. Later while at home I get a text of the problem found and I ok the repair. Mike said car would be ready by 5. When 5 comes around he text me to see if a return trip was needed. I said yes and he made the arrangements. I got my car. This was a very long day for me. This makes me wonder if I should continue to bring my car to you for service. I will have to consider that in the future. This has been the absolute worst experience for me ever. You can call me if you want in case I did not explain the situation very clearly.
