I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got to the service dept, I was told I also need two other services, which would be an additional $200+. As much as know these scheduled services are important, we were not prepared for this additional cost. My husband's immediately reacted and questioned the service. I would have appreciated if the service representative just acknowledged that we didn't want the extra service rather than abruptly handling the paperwork rudely. When my car was done, all the representative needed to say was, ie. remember to bring your car in for the additional needed service, but instead rudely said, "the man you were with didn't want to hear it", but you should bring you car in for service when you can. From a customer service point, this was unnecessary!

I arrived after 9, by 11:05 I get a txt saying it’s my brakes front and back. Why does it take till after 3:30 to do my brakes???? Mike Fogt had a attitude when I would txt him for updates. He would not respond back, he had a attitude like he really does not want to be there. Who does?? But you have to still play the part of customer service! Mangers why do they have you there?? I when I’m few months ago and waited about 4 hours for a oil change?? And that was with a appointment! Your service is really bad not like before! Get it together. I don’t know why I’m even writing this no one cares at this Honda dealership. Stop your commercial that you care it’s a joke! I ask for some discount, Mike said no! Wednesday is for men??? Wtf!
