Too much of a run around since I had an appointment at 8:45 am on 04/12/2022 My car was in your hands all day for a Diagnosis of the sound system. Which was performed late afternoon. The customer service rep didn't know the Diagnosis when he called me. I had to call back for clarity. This morning on 04/13/2022 i received a text that my car was not ready because a part had to be ordered which is arriving 04/14/2022. At this time, i don't have a vehicle, and no rental was offered to me. Why did the representative did not offer me a rental if he knew this was going to take several days? I need management to contact me. I am not happy with the service thus far. Please help.
