When I called to get an appointment I asked what were the services needed for my var that has 55K miles, I was advised on service A1 for $79.99 but when I arrived I was informed my car needed A1 for $119 plus transmission service for $179. I don't have a problem with paying for services but feel your telephone customer service advisors need to be properly train on maintenance schedules for cars and prices. Bait and switch is a bad practice.
