Andy was great at providing me with an honest detailed report that my car needed- but I noticed that one of my tires received a red check mark and I wasn’t sure why. After I picked up my vehicle, I took it to my local tire shop to ask them to check on my tire (I’m going on a road trip tomorrow) and they took the tire down and found a nail in it. I was just disappointed that the mechanics at Goudy or anyone that worked on the car didn’t notice that since it was a red flag- I spent $700 on my 30K service- so that could’ve been the least someone could do for me.

I have submitted a complaint to the BBB and the NTSB. I’m reaching out to an lawyer to talk to them about my options because Honda won’t honor my warranty to cover the cost of a repair for $4800. An issue with a gasket in the engine is causing a misfire making all the sensors in my car activate. Although your team did update the BCM issue they diagnose the gasket issue on a car less than 3 yrs old with a little over 37000 miles. My 3rd party mechanic has never touched anything with the engine or gasket other changing the oil since I purchased it so this foes not sound right. I will see if the attorney can determine if this would be considered a lemon law violation and or would it be wrong to deny my warranty claim.

I pay too much for installing a seat cover. I already sign up for the $800 service that will not be used before i return my lease car. I would have appreciated a good customer service that would have not charged me $187 just to install a cover on the back Seat of my Honda Accord.
