Purchased my car from your dealership. Brought it in for problems with my door lock and alarm. The next day I was contacted and informed that my car had been repaired and ready for pick up. I have since moved and drive all the way from Santa Monica. When i arrived I was then told another part had to be ordered and that I had to either leave my car over the long weekend , or return with my car at a future date. The service representative was unapologetic and dismissive about the inconvenience he caused.
