Leo was fine, as good as any of the other agents that have helped me in the past, but the disconnect between customer and mechanic is not efficient or transparent. I feel upsold all the time when I come here. While Leo did write down all my concerns with the car, the mechanic didn't address all of them, and whats the absolute worst, I left Goudy Honda with a new problem that I didn't have when I brought it in. I will not be returning.

I’m very dissatisfied upset with the lack of communication and customer service from the service dept at Goudy Honda.I had to call/reach out to service provider (Omar) to see the status of my car twice. He first indicated my car was going to be ready at 1:30pm, which I know sometimes it varies. I called him at 12:37pm to see if I can get drop off and was not able to reach him, service dept receptionist said he would call me back. No phone call,, he later sends a text message letting me know car is not ready until 4pm. 4pm came and no phone call or text message from Goudy (Omar) I had to call him again (second phone call) at 4:50pm and Omar said that he was just on his way to call me letting me know my car was still not ready!!!! Car was there since 9:05am. He went on to say that my car was going to be ready early morning the next day! I express how much I needed my car and then somehow my car was ready at 6:10pm.
Overall 6/13/2022 was a horrible experience from Goudy service department. Other times I’ve gone Service providers had kept me inform of my car status and they called me if it’s going to be longer then expected.

Andrew was great letting me know what the service code "B127" was and how much it service cost for my 2019 CR-V. He wrote down the price for each service and adviced me which one he thinks can wait until the next service maintenance.
