The whole experiences was rush without proper detailed explanation for the work done. In addition, I suspect theft/dishonest employees at this service center. I had 4 new black books stored in the center console and after pick up of my vehicle, they are missing. This is absolutely criminal, unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of integrity and care.
