Daniel was very efficient from the moment I checked in and from the time I checked out to pay. He went over the findings with the multi-point inspection. He called to let me know the car services were completed. I appreciate that Daniel took the time to answer all my questions in a courteous, professional manner.

When I dropped off and picked up my vehicle the first time for this recall I was told that the parts will be arriving 4-5 business days. While I understood anything can happen with the shipment, I would appreciate if I was notified/ updated of the delay. I have to call more than 5 times in the next few weeks to ask for an update after I did not get an update from Mr. Vasquez in 5 days. I have to call him over and over and the few times I called either he is unavailable or voicemail is full. I hv to ask the parts dept twice to check my parts for me. They said parts are here they just waited for the tools. No update whatsoever from anybody until I hv to reached out to my friend who works as a sales. He then updating me and encouraged me to call service again. At the end I am glad that Daniel Thieu is the one I hv to contact at the day I dropped off my car again. I have best experiences in the past with Daniel so now I think I will only deal with him for the next service if I need one. I live an hr away from Goudy. To be able to organize/schedule my days or having someone to pick me up when I dropped off the car is no small matters. I have work and medical appt. I had good experiences with Goudy in the past, therefore this time I was a bit disappointed.

Elmo is truly wonderful! He's always so kind, considerate, helpful, and informative, making every interaction a pleasure. I especially enjoy conversations with Jim—both gentlemen really make my visits enjoyable, even if I do get a bit anxious waiting two hours for an oil change. Still, their friendly presence & consistent work ethics and brighten my day.
