The service was good, but the problem for me to bring my car to Goudy for service was not done properly and it seems not a lot of effort was done to resolve the problem. The reason for the service was due to “Keyless Start System” error, which was a know issue by Honda and had a recall. The only thing that was done was a software update, which did not fix the problem. With a simple search even on the internet, previous fix for this problem was a software update and a replacement of the “Starter kit”. But the only thing that was done was a system update. Two days later, the problem reappeared and I had to bring the car back for the same issue that was to be fixed the first time. It is time consuming and frustrating to have to bring my care back for an issue that should been fixed the first time the car was brought in. Especially when it is known issues and that is guidance as to how it should be fixed correctly by Honda itself. Hopefully, the second time, Goudy Honda would do a better jot in resolving the problem and not put their customer in danger by not fixing the problem properly.
