O - Outstanding, M- Magnificent, A - Awesome, & R- Remarkable in taking care of my old 2004 Honda Pilot and getting the passenger rear window repaired and able to roll up with the newly replaced regulator. He was thorough, informative, knowledgeable, helpful, and resourceful, and offered other options and services too for better maintenance of my old 2004 Honda Pilot with 307K (!!!) plus miles on it, including new front and rear window wipers and a carbon clean count near the throttle, which I will discuss with my husband.
