Went to get oil change amd to service my car but Mike Fogt wouldnt honor my coupon that I recieved for an oil change and tire rotation. And when I asked to have it explained in more detail why, he gave me attitude and ignored my question. And there wasnt even a car wash in the end, which im used to with Goudy. Customer service from this guy Mike needs to be better. Very dissappointed.

There’s a noise issue with my car. After service, it does seem the brake was placed closely to the wheel as it makes a hissing sound on the right side when the car travels over 10 mph. I didn’t have this issue before.
