The car was ready and he forgot to texme or call me. It was till I want to ask if the car was ready for hem to tell me, o yea your car is ready...he should be more cardul about that.

Service workers were a bit unprofessional and non attentive when customer arrived, waited a while. Had to personally walk up to manager for further assistance. Sater didn’t know where to find the Eco Friendly button in the CRV that the customer needed helped navigating. Customer had to google where to find it.
