Omar told me my car would be ready at 5:30 pm but when I picked it up the next day it wasn’t ready and there was no record of what the status was. I had to call back my ride and scramble to borrow a car. I then got a text that the car needs $4k of repairs for an air compressor I’ve never had trouble with. I tried to call and text and didn’t get a response. Finally I just asked to get my car back. I pick it up then get a call that the mechanic left a tool in the air compressor. If my air conditioning starts to not work I have no idea if it is the tool bouncing around in the air compressor that I’ve been driving around with. There is no manager to talk to. Hardly a sorry for either shady or at the very least unprofessional service. I’ve been a customer for 30 years but I’m done. I feel as if you tried to rip me off or at worst you potentially damaged my air compressor. There is no recourse from my but to find a more trustworthy dealer.
