Good friendly service. The only think what I didn’t like is they trying to over charge the costumers. Firs they try to charge me for the oil change with the transmission service $540 . The service took them 30 minutes. The material the oil cost $100. The transmission fluid is about $70 and the engine oil about $30. so basically they was going to charge me $440 for labor for 30 minutes I don’t think that’s fair. Luckily I didn’t have to pay that much but many people they don’t argue they just pay. please be more fair with prices, because not everybody is rich.

David was beyond helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He answered my (many) questions on the phone prior to me bringing my car in for service, and once I was at Goudy he sat and talked through all the possibilities and gave me great advice, even going so far as to help me find a suv at the dealership for rental that would fit all of my children’s car seats. I cannot say enough good things about David! He truly was fantastic and I appreciate him and his support today so much!

I had an appointment today at Honda they told me latest was going to an hour. As I proceeded to wait patiently I saw people leave before me when I had came in first with an appointment. As 3 hours passed I decided to ask for my car and they told me it was ready since but the worker never informed no one about my car and he left for lunch. I waisted 2 hours of my day and lost money as an employee at my job while I waited at Honda expecting to come out early from there since they promised to be there for an hour. I waisted time of my day while I could have been at work. I would like a refund back or a discount for my next oil exchange cause is not fair for me that I had appointment and went for an oil change and came out 3 hours later.
