I wasn’t told that my warranty for my fuel injectors was void because of my cars title. I believe that the repair should be taken care of by Honda because the cars problem was not my fault nor is it because of my title of my car, it is due to the design of the car itself and I don’t feel that it is justified for me to pay out of pocket to fix something that was flawed coming out of the factory.

My vehicle was ready a day later than what I was originally quoted, but that wasn’t the issue. I was fine with waiting an additional day. The reason I am not satisfied is because my car was returned to me with the driver’s side headlight out. After the extensive work that was done on my vehicle, basic (and safety) functions like that should be checked and confirmed to be working. I’d have happily paid for a new bulb. I did so anyway, but as one might imagine, I wasn’t happy to have to make a trip to AutoZone on the way home from Goudy Honda Service. It was just a poor customer experience.
