Service was good but it’s just so expensive and when I mentioned it I can get a discount bc my mom got one not to long ago with William, I can tell his demeanor changed and did not want to check or recognize it even tho William said yeah it was fine over the phone with my mom. The manager of the service department is both kind and efficient. However, when I initially pulled my car into the service entrance, I waited for 5-10 minutes without anyone approaching me. It wasn’t until the service manager arrived and instructed one of the employees to assist me that I received attention.
