Daniel provided the high level professionalism that is expected at Gouda. He is a good listener, restated the presenting problem I had described accurately, stated the steps that would be taken to rectify the problem, estimated time to complete job was given, asked if I wld be staying on premises or needed a ride. My car was ready sooner than expected, he texted me twice within short period to inform me car ready for pick-up. I was handed paperwork and was verbally apprised of the cause of problem.
I observed good rapport between team members and himself, a good choice to lead a team.
