Andy was great and explained everything clearly and efficiently. However, I was told by the receptionist that the shuttle would arrive in 20 minutes so I could get back to work. I waited 40 minutes and ended up having to call someone to pick me up and was late getting back to work. Last time I dropped off my car, my ride came right away through a rideshare app. I appreciate it that much more. Today was more hectic than it had to be because of the shuttle issue. Thank you.

Excellent service all around. One thing that does need to be addressed a little better is to honor the people that actually made an appointment and respect people’s appointments, no cutting in walk in vehicles at peoples scheduled appointments. And once again thank you all for a great service.
