First time at Goudy and I must say the experience was awful!
Service was slow & absolutely no one pulled up to us while awaiting a rep in the appointment section. Finally i walked over to a rep by the name of IVAN Castro.
He was very dismissive when we grew tired of waiting.
He was of NO HELP didn't even want to hear anything i had to ask about..
After waiting over 20 min just to be attended to take our vehicle in for service. I walked over and asked for a manner the receptionist gave a name but didn't care to call the Manger to Finally have service done. When service rep William Finally attended us he made no sense on the questions we we about the findings of our vehicle to then further repair it.
I couldn't help but laugh at the Motto your establishment has about doing for the customer. It the opposite of it in your dealership. DO BETTER! I will no be returning! There are so many other dealerships that actually have excellent service.

I recently purchased this car a week ago, and unfortunately, I’ve already encountered an issue with it. To make matters worse, the service I’ve received has been unsatisfactory, as I have to run the car the way it is until the part comes in which is backordered. I expected a higher level of reliability and customer care, but unfortunately, this has not been the case.
