My wife took the car in Saturday and left with work unfinished on the light again. This was due to negligence on the technician. David Vasquez apologized and said he would personally handle it if my wife brought the car in today. She took off work and we live 90 min away. He still did not fix didn’t even bother to order the part in time or let us know. We wasted another day and have to go back again. Someone needs to reach out to me immediately with a solution.
