Very quick and fast service arranged by the executive Chi Wing Wilson. He is very responsible in taking care of my vehicle and delivered within the promised time. One suggestion from my side is to provide interior vacuum to the vehicle since I have noticed that exterior was washed but no vacuum done in the interior. It will be great if internal vaccum was done. Rest of the service was obsolutely satisfied.

Took my 2016 Honda Civic in because the air conditioning wasn’t working Went online and found out it was a common problem with this year and model, most of the complaints were about the compressor that would have to be replaced anywhere from 1-2 years so when I took my car in I voiced what I had read because There were so many with the same problem , a couple of hours later Dane Ishii at Goudy informed me the compressor would need to be replaced about $2,000.00 but said he would contact American Honda they paid 50% ! Way to go Honda and thank you Dane for going above and beyond

The only thing to improve on would be the time they greet you till the time your service writer greets you. Takes over 5 minutes sitting there while you look over and see everyone in Honda shirts sitting behind a desk.
