David is awesome. He went the extra step to make my service smooth, informative, and accommodating. Anyone that I know with a Honda I tell them to see David over at Goudy. I cannot speak highly enough of this individual.

The service rep name Mike Forgt was completely rude to me from the beginning to the end. I had a coupon for an oil change from a different dealership and he did not want to honor it just because it did not have the words full synthetic oil printed on the coupon. I told him in the past that it was always honored. After that he stated to lose his cool and started to raise his voice. He was extremely unprofessional and could of said it differently or asked a supervisor he it could be honored. He really needs to retrained or let go.
