The technician did not reset the oil percentage and it made me doubt whether the oil change and transmission flush was it completed or not. When I asked the person he said “it looks like it was done” from just looking at the paperwork. I would have felt better if he confirmed it with the mechanics that worked on my car that it was completed. I text Alex Cora about that issue but I did not get a response back about it. This is my first time at Goudy Honda and it will be my last time there.

Service advisor is friendly & professional. The follow up texts are nice features & informative. I was just surprised when I checked the invoice, labor fees $500++ which is over priced for 2-3 hours job, more than a lawyer. The service is becoming more expensive nowadays, as for advance technology, I might assume that there would be less issue with the car. So I do feel that there should be a reasonable price as how much Honda charges their loyal customers.
