Sebastian was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, resourceful and polite. He solved the issues I was there for. He went above and beyond to help me solve a problem I'm having regarding replacing a bumper applique no longer available through Honda.
Sebastian accommodated us through out the process and also explained to us all the things that we should know about the car maintenance.
