I’m waiting for a sensor that I already paid for, and assume it was replace with new one, after paying $1500,(two sensors,etc.). And leaving with a smile from customer service.I brought back my Honda because it was showing sensor light again,same one! Honda Advisor said it would take two or three weeks because they didn’t have the sensor part, plus now my A/C is not working. It was working prior to recent customer service appt. plus I didn’t get a car wash as promise!

I went in for a B1 service the line was a bit long but I was taking care of quickly, I thoroughly was going to be there for two hours but it only took 1 hour good work by the mechanics and thank you to Johnny Torres very nice and explained what was done.
