I was happy to get in and out at a reasonable time for not having an appointment. I was greeted in a professional manner and explained the details of my car and what I had serviced. I also liked the personal touch of adding a hand shake at the end. I’ve had my cars serviced multiple times here and that was the first that I can recall a hand being extended for me to shake.

I pay a lot of money for your honda certification to warranty my Honda. But when I take it in saying it's been making a clanking noise that it had never made before. I am told that all Honda's make certain noises. Complete **** no they do not .
