Not satisfied with sales person. Asked for cash price on Pot and Passport. Bought a 16 Pilot at Rock Honda Sept 17. Had a tough time getting a price from Spreen. Called Art Rizal from Rock and got a price in 3 minutes. Spreen wanted ss# credit report, etc. Guess Ill go back to Rock Honda.

Jesse was very helpful! Explained the process for my car. Went above and beyond! He made sure there were donuts for my boys and even put a movie on! Sebastian was great and the work was completed in a timely manner.
However just like my last several visits the complimentary wash was awful. My car looked as if it had just been hosed off on one side and as a result looked worse than when I brought it in. I do not expect a spotless wash for free, but I'd rather have nothing done than to have it come back uneven and looking even more noticeablely dirty than before.

My cars oil life was omly at 70 percent and the warranty
ended at 7200 miles. I asked the service guy if there was
any way we could extend. Until the oil life got down to
15 percent. The service rep said no. So much for customer service
