Jessie was great and he went out of his way to accommodate all of my requests. He did an outstanding job.
Issue I have is with the rental car, when I recieved it,the interior was filthy, the prior dirvers trash was in the car with crumbs of food everywhere. I don't expect it to be immaculate, but general cleaning and presentation should be performed for the courtesy cars. This was a poor representation of a great dealership.

Rachelle was very friendly from the time I called and spoke to her making my appointment to greeting me when I came. She was very knowledgeable and detailed in taking notes of my concerns. She even ran out to catch me as I was getting into my car to leave after the job was completed to give me the old CV joints that had been replaced. Thank you.
