After I got my oil change, I noticed my keyfob was cracked bad to the point where my key was about to fall off. Nobody bothered to tell me what happened. As a loyal customer since 2012, I am very disappointed with this incident. I am not asking for anything in return, I just want the person who did this be held accountable for his/her actions. Let’s start of with being my very first time at Spreen Honda . Johnny was so quick to take me in and do paper work. And the time frame they had my car ready was amazing!!!!
