I was told to perform an oil consumption test due to oil burning and destroying my sparks plugs. I brought the car in and they said there is nothing that can be done. Without any alternative test or solution. Searched the internet for five minutes to find a statement from Honda that confirms this is a known issue and that it requires a software update of some sort.

According to paper work multipoint inspection was performed and fluids where topped off a couple of hours later I replaced both cabin and engine air filters as was recommended but I declined noticed that wind sheid washing fluid was low if something as simple as that is being overlooked or ignored how can I be confident that more critical and time consuming services where done correctly
