Since this was an exceptionally long maintenance check, it would have been nice to have received an update regarding the status without having to come to the service desk and ask. I was told the car would be ready at
1:00pm but it was closer to 2:00pm before it was done. I understand that the time frame is an estimate but once it goes past the previously stated ready time it would be nice to know sooner that it could be another hour.
