Rochelle to help me at the service desk was amazing very knowledgeable and very accommodating the problem I had was I have a 2018 Honda accord sport it looks like the VTC actuator’s are bad makes a lot of noise when I started up you did give me a car to use for a day which was awesome but you had to order the parts and they don’t come in until next Tuesday and so I have to bring my car back in Wednesday , The problem that I have with that is you guys assured me there would be no more damage to my car but when you started up you can’t wonder if there’s more damage being done to it I personally think you should let me use the car until mine was fixed but you did not want me to do that that’s the only problem that I have
