I get home and today nothing has changed. Still have intermittent problem startung my car and locking and unlocking the doors.

I am so glad that the service department took good care of my problem on my 2018 Honda CRV. The only thing that I noticed the lady who help me didn’t have that much smile. I guessed she was tired and I understand that i cane in a little after 5pm. I like those guys we’re checking or diagnosed my CRV immediately check my car. Good job Spreen Honda. My Honda only had 58,000 miles on it. I have always taken good care of my cars. If this switch went bad it probable was bad from the factory. I think Honda should have taken care of this. I don't think I will buy another Honda. The charge I got was way to high.

Nothing was done to my vehicle from the 7:00 appointment time when I brought it in to the 9:15am time that I advised the service writer (again) that I had to leave. Nothing fixed, nothing corrected, even though I have a Honda care policy, And the vehicle was even still dirty. A big waste of my time. The answer I was given why nothing was done was that “the tech is waiting fir parts to give them a part number”. Made no sense at all. No sensible answer on why to dome lite assembly was bad, except it was a bad bulb (that had already been replaced. Someone should be held accountable on this fiasco.
