The issues with my 2018 Honda Odyssey were not resolved. The service adviser claimed that the technician could not recreate the high pitched sound from the rear HVAC blower motor that is annoying to my entire family when riding with the van. Futhermore, the service department also stated that the entertainment head unit was updated to the latest software version. I was made aware that this update was needed and that they would address it and then it was claimed that it had been successfully performed. This was was false and incorrect. According to my documentation before the Spreen Honda Service visit and afterwards, the system software version is exactly the same. So, in other words, nothing was updated on the unit. Honda USA states the newest version is B.1.0.26 as of August 29,2019. My Odyssey is still on B.1.16 (two generations old for an Odyssey). So, I wouldn't call my visit with Spreen Honda Service satisfactory.

Everyone was great except the young lady that took my payment. Very unprofessional and rude. She never looked at me. Never greeted me. Handed me my paper with no instructions on where to go get my car. When I asked her she replied in a rude manner and said to go out there and someone would help me. Well I thought she meant back to the service desk. Little did I know it was meant for me to walk out side and give my papers to one of the outside young men. Very disappointing that she treats people as we have no value. In my opinion she truly does not like to be in customer service. Respect is everything. We as customers deserve to be treated with respect and dignity.

Had an appt. said it was gonna be 1 1/2hrs and it ran over almost 2hrs and when I opened the door the car seat had a giant black grease stain on it. Went I. & told rep. He took the car back and had it cleaned and ended up sitting on a wet seat all the way home. And Spreen wonders why I haven’t been back in 6 mos. just to do a simple oil change. Guess I’m going back to Mo Val again for all my services. This place has let me down multiple times now!!
